01

Who we are

This site is operated by Ingyne ("we", "us"), registered at Blue Area, Islamabad.

For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at musa@ingyne.com.

02

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a limited amount of technical data about how the site is used.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16, and we do not ask for payment card details through this website.

03

Why we use it

Our lawful bases are your consent (for optional analytics and marketing), the performance of a contract (delivering services you requested), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the business.

04

Marketing

If you ask us for an audit we will contact you about that request. We will only send wider marketing messages where you have opted in or where the law otherwise permits it, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or writing to musa@ingyne.com.

05

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, and only as needed to run the business:

Some of these providers are based outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

06

Cookies and tracking

Essential cookies are needed for the site to function. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set where you have given consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time through your browser settings or our cookie controls. Before you make a choice, our analytics runs in a cookieless mode that counts your visit without storing anything on your device or identifying you.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, referring source). Until you accept analytics cookies they run through Google Consent Mode in a cookieless state — recording only aggregate, non-identifying data and setting no cookies. Once you accept, they set cookies for up to 24 months to measure returning visits and conversions. Meta Pixel measures ad performance, sets cookies for up to 90 days, and is not active until you accept. These are third-party providers under their own privacy policies.

07

How long we keep it

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer required, we may securely delete or anonymize it.

08

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, email musa@ingyne.com. We will respond within the period required by law. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to your data protection regulator — in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

09

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the systems that hold it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy
